The Project Manager shall be leading a team of competent Planning Engineers, who ensures that the project is engineered in whole to the satisfaction of the client. Close co-ordination with the discipline project engineering team resources and by liaising with the client for meeting the project requirements shall be the objective of the project team throughout the project cycle. Regular Review Meetings, Interdepartmental meetings, Requisite site visits ensures that this objective is achieved without any hassle.

- Seamless delivery of engineering deliverables to cater to procurement & construction schedule / Overall project schedule
- Chair HAZOP/SIL Studies. Participate actively and Implement HSE study recommendations, HSE studies close out actions in design & detailed Engineering
- Timely completion of review of vendor engineering/vendor drawing review to facilitate vendors’ manufacturing schedule
- Issue of Operating / control / safeguarding philosophies/narratives in accordance with overall project plan
- Issue of Start-up/ Pre commissioning & commission procedure and plant operating manual as per overall project plan

Pre-Bid Engineering Assistance / Support & Material Take offs
PEC provides Pre bid –Engineering assistance / Support to EPC project bidders to facilitate them to bid for the project as most cost effective, using the multi-disciplinary proficiency gained from providing Pre bid –Engineering assistance / Support to various clients in oil and gas industry. We support the EPC Project Bidder in the following modes
- Review of Engineering/FEED documents and technical queries regarding scope clarifications to Project owner
- Developing Request for Quotations (RFQ s) for various major items/packages
- Review of vendor offers for scope adherence and raising technical queries for scope clarifications to vendor
